What Youll Do: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial/verdict Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demands Take and defend depositions (plaintiffs, defendants, experts) Argue motions and appear in court regularly Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel Work closely with partners on complex/catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases What Were Looking For: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Self-starter with strong case management and organizational abilities Why Join Us?
