Type of call: N/AH. # of ORs :14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2 GI labs, offsite anesthesiaI. Type of Anes Model medically directedJ. Supervision ratio 1:4,1:3 or 1:2 depending on the complexity of cases that dayK. Case types: all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts they need people who can handle a large scope of cases.REQUIREMENTS:• Minimum length of commitment: Full-time only strongly preferred; Will review PT candidates who are presented as a package deal• Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks• Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe): locums temps are available but will be the timeframe above. Possibility to credential faster.• Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS• PA License ; Active License required• Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license
