The hospital features 17 operating rooms with high-volume surgical services handling complex cases including neurosurgery, cardiac, thoracic, and pediatric procedures in a collaborative, supportive environment.Opportunity:Board Certified - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Job Details:• Full-time locum position (will consider providers with minimum 3 days/week availability with long-term commitment)• M-F 7a-5p CST with 10 and 12-hour shifts available (both day and evening shifts)• Working within a 4:1 medical direction model with anesthesiologist supervision• Complex surgical caseload including neuro, spine, ENT, electrophysiology procedures• Handle cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head/spine, neurological, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic cases• Must be proficient with arterial lines, intubations, and ventilator management• Pediatric experience required - facility will not accept new graduates• Ability to perform general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients• Experience with spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques• Main facility average daily surgical volume is 135 cases (including L&D, endoscopy, cardiac, EP, MRI/CT)• Missouri license required with estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days• Board certification required• Nearest airport: Springfield Branson• Lodging recommendation: TownePlace SuitesCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
