Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Title: Family Nurse PractitionerLocation: Greenville, SCShift: 4 days/week or Part-time Responsibilities: Provide primary care to members, including histories, exams, lab tests, prescriptions and referrals within prescribed up to date guidelines and protocols Focus on patients with chronic, unstable or multi-system problems but does include simple illness as well as healthcare maintenance Document patient chart entries in Subjective, Objective, Assessment & Plan (SOAP) format following facility policies and Medicaid and Medicare guidelines Consult supervising physicians or colleagues when needed for complicated or cases that is outside the scope of practice Requirements: Master's of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner Minimum 3-5 years working in Internal Medicine Active FNP and RN license in South Carolina Current CPR and DEA licenseBenefits: 401(k) matching Insurance through company All Standard benefits!For more info, please reach me at /
