Position Details:• Location: Toledo, OH (Central Zip Code:43604)• Schedule: PRN, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM• Notice: 72-hour notice provided for shift scheduling• Setting: Home visits and SNFs within 1.5 hours of Toledo• Duration: Ongoing PRN pool• Compensation: $250 per visit (W2 Position)Requirements:• Active Ohio NP license• Board Certification as FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP (AANP or AANC)• Must have wound care experience • Willingness to travel locally and potentially train in Chicago (expenses reimbursed)Additional Info:• EMR: Atlas• Training: 1 4 days depending on experience• Interview: 5 10 minute phone call with Medical Director• No weekend-only availability accepted• Must be able to work full 8-hour shiftsFor immediate consideration please email your updated CV and we ll set up a call to discuss!
