Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid) - Snohomish County, WA Shifts: Days (Mon-Fri)The schedule includes day shifts with 3 clinical days, 1 administrative day, and 3 days off, along with rotational on-call weekends. On-call duties are conducted via phone onlyJob Description:We are currently seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of homebound geriatric patients in the Snohomish County region. The Ideal candidates should have a passion for treating the geriatric population and should be well-versed in the common conditions that are presented in this demographic, such as dementia, cardiovascular disease, endocrinological conditions, neurodegenerative diseases, to name a few.Qualification/Experience:• Master's degree or Doctorate Degree as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner• Minimum 2-3 Years of experience working with Geriatric Population• New Graduates are also acceptedLicenses/Certifications:• Current license to practice as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Washington• Active DEA LicenseBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental/Health insurance/ Vision insurance• Paid time off• Retirement plan
