The position offers mentorship programs especially designed for new graduates, while still valuing the expertise of seasoned professionals.Job Details:Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal proceduresContribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planningEngage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practiceWork in a supportive and dynamic environment with full integration into the care teamTake on respected clinical leadership roles within the care teamSupport the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty careParticipate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal careMust be NNP Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)Providers with 2+ years of NNP experience are highly preferredMaster's Degree in Nursing requiredMichigan license or ability to obtain requiredCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
