NEW Clinical Laboratory Supervisor Full-Time $45 $50/hour A leading medical group is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced clinical lab. This is a full-time, exempt position combining leadership and hands-on bench work (approx. 50% of time) across chemistry, hematology, and PCR testing. Key Responsibilities: Supervise clinical lab staff: scheduling, evaluations, and timekeeping Manage daily lab operations, including LIS/EMR interfaces and equipment maintenance Maintain regulatory compliance (NYSDOH, CAP, CLEP, etc.) Oversee QA/QC processes, calibrations, linearities, correlations, and proficiency testing Assist with test implementation, SOP updates, and statistical reporting Ensure ongoing staff competency and continuing education requirements are met Perform and review lab audits across all departments Requirements: Bachelor s degree and current NYS Medical Technologist license 6+ years experience as a Medical Technologist Leadership experience in a NYS-certified lab preferred Familiarity with histology and microbiology a plus Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Interested?!
