We are seeking a Permanent Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Dallas, TX.Permanent Neonatal Nurse PractitionerPosition Type: PermanentSpecialty: NeonatologyLocation: Dallas, TXRate: Open & NegotiableShift: Days/Nights (12- and 24-hour shifts) Start Date: Quick start is highly preferred End Date: N/APosition Details:• Patient Population: Neonates, including high-risk deliveries• Setting: Inpatient rounds in Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU• Responsibilities: Manage 8-10 patients per day shift, 20-30 patients per night shift, perform procedures, and attend high-risk deliveries• Required Procedures: NICU procedures, high-risk deliveries• EMR System: EPIC• Support Staff: 3-4 NNPs, Resident, Fellow, Neonatologist• Days Per Month: Includes 72 weekend hours in a 6-week schedule, Friday night through Monday morning• On-Call/Weekends: Required for 72 hours over 6 weeksSubmission Requirements:• Board Eligible/Board Certified NNP (may also consider Family, Adult, Pediatric, Psychiatric Mental Health, or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with relevant experience) Required• 3+ years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience, including work as RN and/or NNP Required• TX license (or willing to obtain) Required• BLS, NRP (or willing to obtain) Required• Clean malpractice and license history Required• COVID-vaccinated Required• Quick start Highly PreferredJoin us today!
