Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner opening on the Westchester ACT Team, serving patients through a hospital-affiliated, community-based program. Full-time Monday-Friday role providing outreach, home visits, and psychiatric care to a 70-80 patient caseload. Requires PMHNP experience; ACT or acute care background preferred. Salary $170,000-$175,000 with flexibility and strong team support. Must have a minimum f 1 yar experience In-person position with company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement.
