Queens NYC - Psych NP - ACT Team - All adults - $120,000 + Benefits- Fantastic opportunity to join not-for-profit agency treating underserved- Provide psych treatment as member of mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team- Travel in the community for persons with severe and persistent mental illness- Geographic area covers Queens County: vehicle (or reimbursement) provided- Working with patients 18+. Treat 4-5 patients on average / day- Role is 35 hours per week. Monday - Friday schedule. New grads welcome- Full support staff on ACT team. CMO and Associate CMO available for consults- 13 holidays, 10 sick days, 4 days PTO, 2 weeks vacation (grows to 5 weeks)- Salary $120,000K including full benefits (health, vision, malpractice, etc.)Miscellaneous: EMR is FootholdVacation starts at 2 weeks, year 3 is 3 weeks, and increases 1 week per year with a max of 5 weeks.
