Coverage Needed: Start Date: February 1, 2026 End Date: September 30, 2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Call Schedule: First call for patient phone calls and hospital phone calls Tuesday 4:30pm-8:00 am, Friday 4:30pm-Monday 8:00am On site inpatient rounding Saturday & Sunday Clinical Details: Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center Call Ratio: One rotation every 5-6 weeks, dependent upon staffing Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric Practice Composition: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology Number of Physicians: 8 Number of APPs: 4 Average Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 15 Average Patients Per Day - Hospital (Call/Rounding): 20 Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient and Inpatient Setting EMR: EPIC Required Duties: Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse Oncologist Requirements: Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology Active SC license (will accept providers needing to obtain a state license) BLS Certification DEA Certification
