Shift Manager - Carr Family McDonald's Restaurants Lead a team. Keep the restaurant running smoothly. Grow into leadership. As a Shift Manager at Carr Family McDonald's, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth operations. This is the first step into restaurant management and a great opportunity to grow into higher leadership roles. What You'll Do Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service. Oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow. Coach and train crew members, helping them grow their skills. Handle guest concerns and ensure high service and food quality standards. Manage shift responsibilities, including inventory checks, safety compliance, and labor efficiency. What We're Looking For Previous leadership or crew trainer experience (restaurant or retail preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Great communicator who can coach and motivate a team. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and upholding brand standards. A team-first mindset, ready to support and step up when needed.
