If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and want to be part of a supportive and dynamic team this is the opportunity for you!Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) who specializes in women s health to join our OB/GYN team. This role involves a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology (50/50) and includes working closely with our in-house physicians, including support for high-risk pregnancies.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive well-woman examsManage and treat various aspects of women s health, including contraceptive counseling and menopause managementPerform EMBs, Colposcopies, and IUD insertions/removalsProvide prenatal and postpartum care, including high-risk OB managementCollaborate closely with on-site MDs who are always available for consultationMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EMRRequirements:Strong comfort level with high-risk pregnancies and women's health proceduresAbility to perform EMBs, Colposcopies, and IUD proceduresCertified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in CaliforniaCertified Nurse Midwife license (preferred but not required)Spanish-speaking (preferred)Willingness to travel to satellite offices (optional, with higher compensation)Must be able to commute to or relocate to Downey, CA prior to startingPosition Highlights:Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off Retirement PlanSupportive team environment with MDs on-site
