Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures * Communicating effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts * Achieving shift targets and helping departments meet their goals * Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability * Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance * Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production * Training new team members on critical job functions Requirements * Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment Franchise Disclaimer This position is with an independent McDonald's franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
