The Extra Room Attendant supports the housekeeping team on an as-needed basis. This role is scheduled according to business levels and provides guestroom cleaning and related housekeeping services to ensure rooms meet hotel and brand standards. Responsibilities: * Clean and service guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and refreshing all amenities.
* Follow all cleaning standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
* Communicate room status and any maintenance needs to management.
* Maintain carts, closets, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
* Provide courteous service to guests and team members.
* Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by management.
