Company Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pt. Pleasant, United States. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner * Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and understanding * Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies * Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues * Document customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system * Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary * Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues or concerns * Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge * Contribute by making food with the shift runner or manager Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills * Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations * Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with customers * Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong time management and multitasking abilities * Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Additional Information MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DOMINOS OR AT A PIZZERIA
