What you'll do... * Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements * Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts * Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership * Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are consistently met by coaching adherence to standardized work and processes. * Monitor process execution, verify that operations are running smoothly, and confirm the production of quality outputs. * Oversee daily tasks and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and coaching problem resolution at the lowest possible level. * Facilitate the use of project management and process improvement tools and techniques. * Implement systems thinking to uncover and address underlying issues within processes.
