Why You ll Love This Role Competitive Pay + Exceptional Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, HSA Paid Vacation, Sick Leave + Federal Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Annual CME Stipend & License/Certification Reimbursement Supportive Team Culture & Stable Schedule Washington Post Top Workplace 6 Years Running What You ll Do Perform routine and complex mammography exams, including stereotactic imaging and mammotomy proceduresAccurately position patients, ensure technical quality, and explain procedures with compassionLog and track exams in hospital systems, send image series for radiologist review via PACSMaintain equipment, perform daily calibrations, and follow ACR and department quality control standardsRecognize artifacts, equipment errors, and initiate repair calls as neededCollaborate with physicians, correlate clinical history, and recognize need for additional viewsProvide emergency response support when required (e.g., contrast reaction, code situations)Maintain adequate supply levels and a clean, organized work area What We re Looking For Education: Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology programExperience:At least 200 mammograms performed in the past 24 months12 months of continuous mammography experience (including digital imaging) within the last 24 monthsLicensure: ARRT Certification (Mammography)Certifications: Current BLS (AHA/ARC)Security: Ability to pass a government background check and obtain clearance Work Schedule PRN Monday Saturday 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM 7:00 PMSchedule based on clinic needs enjoy predictable hours with no on-call requirement!
