Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Our client has an exciting opportunity to be part of our newest community-based integrated care services in the Yakima Washington area. The Nurse Practitioner will support three unique programs as we continue to expand our service line to fill the gaps in essential care that the most vulnerable members of our community experience. This position is an opportunity for significantly varied work each day; collaboration with multiple treatment teams, modalities, and community partners; and to gain skills and experiences not otherwise possible in most primary care settings.
