A leading healthcare system in Peoria, Illinois, is actively seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our highly skilled Inpatient ICU team . This is an excellent opportunity to deliver advanced critical care in a collaborative, physician-led environment. Position Overview: Work alongside a team of 4 Critical Care Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner Provide care in our 12-bed Cardiovascular ICU and 12-bed Medical/Surgical ICU Average of 5 patients per shift Perform ICU procedures - full training and several months of orientation provided Flexible scheduling with 8-, 12-, or 24-hour shifts, including weekdays, nights, evenings, and weekends Qualifications: Master's degree in Nursing with Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certification 1-3 years of ICU or Acute Care experience as a provider or RN Strong critical thinking, communication, and procedural skills Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate: $59.38 - $77.20 (commensurate with experience) Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, CME support, and more Why Peoria?
