Site not accepting 3 12s. Shifts start at 7a for all providers.Call: Inhouse OB call preferred.Good Case Mix: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few).Supervision. MOR and surgery centers only. If supervising the ratio is 1:3.No OT.Call: Possible.MOR-17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, and IR)/Madison Irving Surgery Center-4/Physician Office Building-4/ Labor & Delivery-3.Charting: Paper charting, except for pre and post op orders in computer.Streamlined credentialing: 30 days emergency time frame.
