Position: CRNA Locum TenensLocation: VermontCoverage Duration: Maternity Leave CoverageSchedule• Four 10-hour shifts (7 AM 5 PM)• Weeknight call: End of OR schedule 7 AM• Weekend call: Friday end of schedule Monday 7 AM• Call shared equally among CRNA teamSetting• Rural hospital • Team-based model (MD supervision + independent CRNA call)• EMR: EpicCase Types• General, GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, GI Endoscopy, Ophthalmology (cataracts)• Required: General, MAC, regional (spinals), and labor epiduralsRequirements• NBCRNA certification• BLS, ACLS, and PALS• Comfortable with independent practice and OB anesthesiaSupport Structure• 1 MD anesthesiologist• 5 CRNAs• Collaborative and supportive group
