Job Description: Compensation : $160000 - $180000 Job ID : 39697 Job Function: Provide full inpatient support for the Neurology/Neurosurgery department, including hospital consults, pre-operative, and post-operative care (first assisting not required). Collaborate with the neurosurgeon, who is on-site three days per week. Support hospital coverage alongside one other NP, ideally on a 7-on/7-off schedule, with flexible hours to ensure full inpatient coverage. Work within a patient-centered medical home model, coordinating care with the affiliate hospital and larger ACO network. Leverage strong institutional support through the hospital's partnership with Montefiore and a robust referral network. Ensure continuity and quality of care across all assigned patients within the neurology service. Job Requirements: Active NY State license and DEA; CSR preferred (active or applied), but not required. Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in neurology and/or neurosurgery. Minimum of 1 year of hospital-based experience in neurology or neurosurgery.
