We are hiring a Local CDL B Driver in Holland, MI. This position involves local, touch freight with shifts primarily from 6:30/7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Compensation $24.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience Overtime pay after 40 hours, paid bi-weekly Pay range: $25.00/hour What You'll Do Operate a CDL B flatbed truck with automatic transmission, Moffett, laddervator, and box trucks Make 4-6 stops daily, delivering shingles, windows, doors, siding, and related materials Safely lift up to 90 lbs regularly, including heavy shingles Work with an assigned helper for offloading shingles on rooftops Maintain safety protocols according to DOT and company standards Participate in warehouse duties: loading, unloading, pulling orders, and warehouse upkeep Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of routes Support local deliveries within a 50-mile radius of the branch Schedule Hourly commitment: 6:30/7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday Overtime: 2-5 hours per week as needed End of year shutdown with pay What We Are Looking For Minimum of 1 year of CDL B driving experience Valid CDL B license Experience in delivery and warehouse operations Hands-on loading/unloading experience Forklift and Moffett experience preferred (training provided) Clean background with no recent felonies or disqualifying violations No recent major traffic violations or accidents (specific criteria apply)Why You'll Love Working With Us Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-term Disability, 401K PTO and Holiday pay Wellness programs and profit-sharing bonuses Year-end bonuses and paid shutdown week Opportunities for pay increases and promotions Contract-to-hire opportunity, with long-term employment potentialApply here!Pace Driver's, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
