As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. * Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently * Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications * Process cash and credit card transactions * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods * Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed * Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards * Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management Qualifications * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members * Detail-oriented mindset to ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness standards * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays * Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile * Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues as needed * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required * Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary - we provide training!
