Nurse Practitioner - Houston, TXShifts: M-F (Some Saturdays)Job overview: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a hands on experience with TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) and Hormone Replacement Therapy for the Katy and Pearland locations in Houston, TX. We have an openings for a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner at Springs location. These are the Full-time on-site roles in the Houston area.TRT/HRT NP Responsibilities & Duties:Diagnosing low testosterone/hormone issuesManaging patient care plans (including TRT/HRT)Ordering/interpreting labs (like hormone panels, CBCs)Prescribing medicationsMonitoring progress via virtual visits/EHREducating patients on treatmentManaging side effects (like high hematocrit), and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines (contraindications) for men's wellness or gender-affirming carePain Management NP Responsibilities & Duties:Conduct comprehensive pain assessmentsDiagnose and develop treatment plans for patients experiencing acute and chronic painPrescribe medications and therapies for pain managementMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pain management interventionsProvide education and support to patients and their families regarding pain management strategiesPerform interventional pain management techniques as appropriateMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsParticipate in pain management research and stay current with advances in the fieldAdvocate for patients and help them navigate the healthcare systemQualifications & Skills:Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a focus on pain managementCertification as a Nurse PractitionerPrevious experience in pain management or HRT/TRT.Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
