Delivery Driver

Trillium Drivers is now seeking Class C Drivers with Hazmat Preferred In Rockford IL! This is a local route, within 2.5 hours. Drivers will operate an automatic transmission and 22ft truck. Schedule is M-F 7AM to 3:30PM, avg 8 hr shift/40 hr work week. This is a touch position. Drivers will go as far west as Dyersville IA, South as Dixon IL, North as Janesville WI, East as Dekalb IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Drivers will be hauling HVAC Equipment and parts. Warehouse duties make up about 40% of the job. This includes pulling products, stocking inventory, entering data, preparing orders, and handling receiving. They also match paperwork to bills of lading, help with customer pickups, keep the workspace clean, and use equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to move items safely. Driving and deliveries make up about 60% of the job. This includes transporting equipment and parts while ensuring each order is delivered on time, in full, and without errors. They load the truck efficiently, plan ahead for delivery needs, and ensure smooth, accurate drop-offs at customer sites and job locations.
