Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Optimal Health & Regenerative Medicine (Offering Relocation Assistant)Location: Boise, ID (In-person role)Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift (no nights, weekends, or holidays)Salary: PA: $140,000 - $160,000/ NP: $170,000 - $190,000Setting: Elevated health optimization clinicKey Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans. Utilize lab results and DEXA scans to guide diagnosis and treatment. Administer advanced elective services (e.g., BHRT, PRP, stem cell therapy). Prescribe and manage medications, supplements, and lifestyle protocols. Educate patients on preventative and performance-based health strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum 3-5 years of experience (new grads not currently considered). Experience in Bio Hormone Replacement therapy, OR Working in functional medicine, OR regenerative medicine.
