• Coverage Needed ASAP - September 30, 2025 • Schedule 1 FTE with call 1 night of call a week and 1 weekend a month Shift times (during the week): 07:00am -05:00pm Shift times (call during the week): 05:30pm-07:00am Days and shift times (weekend call): 07:00am - 07:00am • Clinical Details Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 25 Trauma Level/Designation: 3 Annual ER Volume: 23555 Patient Age Demographic: All Ages Number of Operating Rooms: 5 • Requirements AANA Board Certified BLS, ACLS, & PALS Active MI License Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience Must participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS Clean background COVID vaccination Must be willing to be in call rotation • Support Staff OR Staff: Four part-time MDA's, three full-time CRNA's • EMR Plexus
