Location: Detroit, MichiganPosition Type: Full-Time Locum CRNA Overview A healthcare facility in Detroit, MI is seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to join their anesthesia care team on a locum basis. This is a supervised practice model offering a collaborative environment, modern facilities, and a wide range of surgical case exposure. Practice Highlights Coverage begins upon completion of credentialingSupervision model with MDA oversightDocumentation system: CernerTypical surgical cases per day: 7 20 (depending on type)Pain management cases: 0 10 per dayOR team: Surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and occasionally a first assist or residentPatient demographics: Pediatric through geriatric (excluding neonates)Common Case Types & ProceduresGeneral surgery (adult & pediatric)IV sedation for plastic surgeryRobotic surgeryENTOrthopedicPodiatry Candidate Requirements Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA required)Active Michigan medical license (required)ACLS & BLS (American Heart Association)DEA & CSR (required)Clean background and credentialing record Schedule & Coverage Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM3-month contract with option to extendEstimated credentialing timeframe: days Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly locum rateProfessional support from anesthesia and surgical teamExposure to diverse surgical specialtiesCollaborative, supervised model practice Why Detroit, MI?
