LSI Staffing is hiring FITTERS at our client in NE Houston TX 1ST and 3RD shift available. Starting pay $21.00 depending on experince  This is not a "pipefitter Job" no refinery workers this is a FITTER job please read the job description carefully!!  Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Fitter to join our team. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing mechanical parts and equipment according to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematicsMeasure, cut, and shape materials to required specificationsAssemble and install mechanical components and machineryAlign and fit parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipmentInspect finished work to ensure accuracy and qualityPerform repairs and routine maintenance on equipmentFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work areaCollaborate with welders, machinists, and other team members as neededRequirements:Previous experience as a fitter or in a similar mechanical roleAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsStrong mechanical and problem-solving skillsExperience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsReliable, punctual, and safety-focusedHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPreferred (Not Required):Basic welding knowledgeExperience in industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication environmentsBy applying, you consent to your information being transmitted by StaffAttract to the Employer, as data controller, through the Employer’s data processor SonicJobs.See LSI Staffing Terms & Conditions at and Privacy Policy at and SonicJobs Privacy Policy at and Terms of Use at
