The Senior Production Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Senior Production Supervisors are: * Resilient * Detail oriented * Ambitious * Demonstrate high integrity Senior Production Supervisor What you'll do... * Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements * Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts * Drive to exceed personal/team/Company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership * Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams * Support peer team by training, coaching and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors. * Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives.
