We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team to excellence!What You’ll Do:Lead the Vibe: Coordinate and supervise daily operations across our restaurant, bar, tasting room, and banquets.Elevate the Standards: Be a hands-on leader on the floor, ensuring five-star service and menu execution.Event Mastermind: Plan, set up, and execute everything from live music nights and movie nights to high-end corporate functions and weddings.Mentor & Grow: Train and inspire our F&B team, sharing your menu knowledge and passion for service.Business Savvy: Assist with inventory, cost control, and creative marketing ideas to keep the department thriving.Partner in Excellence: Work closely with the Sales team and Banquet Chef to ensure seamless communication and flawless events.Your Utility Belt (Must-Haves!)Availability: Must be fully flexible—days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
