Call Rotation : 1:6 call rotation with post-call day off, optional but preferred. Generous call stipends and shift differentials available. Surgical Cases : Bread and butter cases, including OB, bariatric, vascular, and urology. No hearts, trauma, or neuro cases, allowing for focused and manageable caseloads.
