Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

A large federally qualified healthcare system in Massachusetts has a job opening for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join their clinic in a coastal community just 35 miles South of Boston . This full-time position involves a collaborative and supportive work setting, with a focus on serving a diverse, community-based patient population. Perform health maintenance (e.g., screenings, physicals, developmental assessments). Educate patients on self-management and disease prevention. Engage in care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Board Certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner DEA, MCSR, and BLS certification required Minimum of 2+ years as a Nurse Practitioner. Community health experience preferred. Proficiency in EMR systems (EPIC/OCHIN experience highly desired).
