Job Description Job Title: Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Location: Freemont California Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center near San Jose CA. This outpatient-only position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved and diverse community. With no call responsibilities, you ll enjoy an excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $155,000 $180,000 annually Full Benefits Package: Paid malpractice insurance Eligibility for federal loan repayment programs through the National Health Service Corps 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution CME allowance and paid CME time off Generous PTO and vacation time Health, dental, and vision insurance Position Highlights: Outpatient-only care with no call responsibilities. Manage acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Emphasize preventive care, health education, and patient empowerment. Opportunities for professional growth and leadership within the organization. Requirements: Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California (or eligibility to obtain). Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Previous experience in primary care or community health preferred. A commitment to serving underserved populations in a community health setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
