Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for part-time contract assignment on Mondays starting January 5-March 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Stamford, CT. Provider will see employees for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Mondays 8:00am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
