Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

Title: Nurse Practitioner (Orthopedics / Pain Management)Location: Lady Lake, FL & Wildwood, FLSchedule: Full-time or Part-timeHours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 30-40 hours/week About the Practice This is a multi-location specialty clinic focused on non-surgical solutions for knee, joint, back, and neck pain. Our integrated model combines medical care and physical therapy to help patients avoid joint replacement and spine surgery while achieving long-term pain relief and improved function. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with knee, joint, back, and neck pain using established non-surgical treatment protocols.Administer hyaluronic acid-based intra-articular knee injections for osteoarthritis.Collaborate with on-site physical therapy and medical teams across clinic locations.Manage and support wellness services, including weight loss programs utilizing GLP-1s and IM vitamin/weight loss injectables.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Educate patients on treatment plans, outcomes, and wellness strategies.Work independently while following proven, evidence-based protocols.
