Here, you ll enjoy a supportive environment that fosters crisis resolution, self-awareness, personal growth, and professional excellence.Our hospital offers a full continuum of psychiatric services, including:Inpatient programs for adolescents ages 12+ and adults.Specialized services for Women s Wellness and Addiction/DetoxPartial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) & Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) Position Details: Caseload That Works for You: Manageable average of 15 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and work-life balance.Setting and Patients: Inpatient Adult / Women s Specialty or Adolescents; Optional PHP/IOP work available in the afternoons.Consistent Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours with minimal weekends and on-call requirements.Arrangement: Employed W-2 or 1099 available.Collaborative Culture: Be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to innovative and compassionate mental health care. Requirements: Education: NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.Certifications: Post graduate PMHNP certificate required.Licensure: Current Texas APRN license in good standing.Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.Required Experience: 3+ years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
