Coverage Needed : As soon as credentialed - Ongoing Cover 2 locations Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 5 -8s , 4-10s, or 2-8s and 2-12's Rotation: Monday - Friday Clinical Details : # of ORs :14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2 GI labs, offsite anesthesia Type of Anes Model: medically directed Supervision ratio: 1:4,1:3 or 1:2 depending on the complexity of cases that day Case types: all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts must be able to handle a large scope of cases EMR: EPIC Requirements : Full-time - Strongly Preferred Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS Active PA License PA Child Abuse requirement for license 5 years of experience in specialty Must be able to handle all of the following cases: all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts - a large scope of cases
