I am looking for an entrepreneur minded sales professional for my insurance agency. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not a must. The most important characteristics in order to be successful are being outgoing, self-motivated, goal driven and genuinely enjoy helping people. You must also be comfortable working in all commission position and able to obtain a P&C insurance license within 30 days. If you are the type of person that finds yourself making friends wherever you go this may be a position that you could thrive in. We are an independent insurance agency that primarily sells auto, home and business insurance from various companies. The majority of your leads will need to be generated on your own so having a large network is essential to being successful. This position provides both new and renewal commission which allows your income to compound over pensation: $1.00 - $10,000.00 per month
