In this role, you will contribute too and oversee food grade construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is crucial for maintaining our reputation for excellence in service and craftsmanship.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment.Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.Utilize project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and changes.RequirementsProven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.Excellent budgeting skills with experience in cost control.Familiarity with project management software such as ProCore is a plus.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.Ability to TIG weld process pipe and various parts / equipmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.If you are ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values quality and innovation, we invite you to apply today at Steelial Construction & Metal FabricationJob Type: Full-timePay: $50, $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planWork Location: On the road
