We're looking for individuals in the surrounding areas of Lupton AZ and Sanders AZ to support the Painted Cliffs Rest Area, for purposes of the commute, while any qualified candidate is welcome to apply. Responsible for completing the day-to-day custodial/grounds keeping work at the assigned location and establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with the customer, all employees and visitors.This person is responsible for completing the on-site custodial and grounds, contract work at the assigned location site and ensuring contract specifications are met. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, collecting and removing trash, dusting, cleaning windows, climbing up ladders to clean, lawn mowing, raking, leaf blowing, picking up trash, grounds upkeep, trimming, etc.Required QualificationsMust have reliable transportationSpeak, read and understand EnglishJanitorial experience a plus2 valid forms of ID (Driver's License, Social security card, ID card, passport, etc.)Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds minimumRepetitive pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, kneeling, stooping and bendingAbility to do minor plumbing repairs.Must be able to work around moving mechanical parts, traffic conditions, and outdoor conditions.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $ $15.50 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offAbility to Relocate:Lupton, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
