DATA COORDINATOR IN THE RETIREMENT INDUSTRYJob DescriptionEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED certificate is required. Maintaining this position after hiring alsorequires completion of the ASPPA plan distributions course or the NIPA Fundamentals ofQualified Plans course within twelve (12) months of date of hire. Computer experience is alsonecessary including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software. Good telephoneetiquette and other customer service skills are needed.REQUIREMENTSStrong skills in oral and written communication, customer service, and independent judgementare required.JOB SUMMARYThe Data Coordinator reports to the Office Manager and assists in performance of duties underthe direction of Retirement Plan Coordinators. This position includes performance of duties toensure that the plans maintained by our clients are properly serviced in an accurate and timelymanner.TASK SUMMARYCustomer Service Calls with clients, participants, Brokers, Financial institutionsAnswer emails in professional and timely manner (logging calls and emails)Enter Enrollment forms as needed to financial platforms as neededPost eligibility/contributions in ReliusDownload reports needed from financial platforms (trusts, statements, etc)Assist with Safe Harbor notices and extensionsAssist clients with needed items, materialsAssist RPC's with census, RMDs, etc.Sitting for extended periods of timeData entryUpload and attach 5500/audit packs in FT WilliamDistribution Processing (incl. term/hardship/loan/inservice/QDRO/Force Outs)Miscellaneous duties as they ariseAny task requested by CEO or ManagerJob Type: Full-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceWork Location: Remote
