We specialize in custom activewear, sportswear, leggings, tops, and cut-and-sew apparel for U.S. brands, wholesalers, and online sellers.We are expanding into the Los Angeles market and are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to help grow our customer base.Job ResponsibilitiesVisit local wholesale markets, showrooms, small businesses, and online sellers in the LA Fashion District & surrounding areasCarry samples and introduce our activewear manufacturing services to potential clientsFollow up on leads provided by the company and develop your own leads using Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, etc.Collect client information, understand their product needs, and communicate opportunities back to the officeMaintain daily visit logs and provide simple market feedbackNo need to work in the office daily "” this is a field-based, flexible roleWhat We're Looking ForBased in Los Angeles or nearby (DTLA, El Monte, Montebello, Covina, Rowland Heights, etc.)Comfortable talking to people, introducing products, and walking into storesSelf-motivated, energetic, and not afraid of rejectionPrevious sales, retail, customer service, or field marketing experience preferredEnglish required; Spanish is a plusMust be reliable and able to work independentlyA car is preferredCompensationCommission: 10% of gross profit (GP) on every new client order you bring in.Example: If an order generates $10,000 in gross profit → You earn $1,000 commission.No cap on commission.
