We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional having experience withTechnical WritingandData Analysis, with a strong focus on thetelecom domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withJira, excellent documentation and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:Document functional specifications, process flows, user guides, and training materials.Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment and clarity.Use Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and support Agile ceremonies.Analyze telecom-specific data and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Support UAT and post-deployment documentation and feedback collection.Ensure all documentation is version-controlled and accessible.Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems and workflows.Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint documentation.Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL is a plus.
