Position Type: Full-Time | Location: Full-time in office, Cornelius, NC | Reports To: Director of Mobility SolutionsOverviewThe Account Manager / Depot Specialist blends client relationship support with hands-on device preparation and shipping tasks. This role focuses on managing a specific client account while performing select depot responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to balance customer-facing duties with operational workload. The candidate should be local to Cornelius (Mooresville or Charlotte area) as TeleSource is looking to build up our onsite resources.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt responses and proactive communication.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.• Track and manage account activities, service requests, and device orders.• Address issues, escalate when needed, and follow through to resolution.• Perform assigned depot tasks (staging, kitting, labeling, shipping).• Process returns and prepare devices for redeployment.• Maintain accurate device records and follow Proof of Delivery (POD) guidelines.• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.Required Qualifications• Experience in telecom, wireless, or technology services is a must.2+ years in customer service or account management (B2B or technical service preferred).• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction.• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Willingness to learn internal systems and processes.Preferred Qualifications• Familiarity with mobile device lifecycle processes.• Understanding of carrier policies, upgrade programs, and mobile hardware.• Ability to interpret account, service, or inventory reports.Required Capabilities• Customer-first mindset• Strong relationship management skills• Ability to balance multiple priorities• Effective communicator• Adaptable to shifting tasks• Collaborative team player• Proactive problem-solver• Maintains accuracy under pressure
