You will take ownership of full-stack development efforts that enhance our clients' operational capabilities, contributing to the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. Your work will directly support decision-making and mission readiness for this Air Force customer.ResponsibilitiesReview the current state of existing systems.Generate ideas for system improvements.Create detailed technical design documentation and level of effort estimates.Development of new systemsModernization/Maintenance of existing systemsTesting newly developed systems and changes to existing systemsCreate developer documentation.Work closely with Database Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and Documentation teams.QualificationsClearance & EducationU.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance required.A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Technical Skills5+ years of software development experience, with strong C# and .NET Core skills.3+ years of hands-on SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience. (Entity Framework alone does not meet this requirement.)Proficiency in Core, including services, dependency injection, and middleware.Experience with web application development (client-side and server-side/full-stack).Solid understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.3+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks-React preferred, VueJS acceptable.Familiarity with secure coding practices and common web application vulnerabilities.Additional ExperienceExperience working with legacy systems or poorly documented codebases is a strong plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.Reasonable Accommodations: Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the pany BenefitsTeksouth is an employee-owned company.
