Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Administrator | Administration Support ServicesLocation: Remote - Available across U.S. and Puerto RicoClearance Level: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II); Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC)Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship requiredSummaryWe are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Administrator to join our team supporting the Defense Health Agency's global IT infrastructure. This role provides advanced enterprise administration and engineering expertise across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring secure and scalable operations for over 200,000 users and 250,000 devices worldwide. You will play a critical role in sustaining mission-critical healthcare IT services that directly support the readiness of service members, veterans, and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain EM tools such as MECM, Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft enterprise platforms.Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and endpoint issues.Support security compliance and configuration standards through automation.Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and service desk teams on enterprise-wide solutions.Monitor system performance and participate in after-hours operations as required.Preferred Tools & TechnologiesMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Windows Server OSSystem monitoring tools (SCOM, Quest Suite)PowerShell scripting and automation frameworksMinimum QualificationsStrong experience with MECM/SCCM, Intune, GPO management, and hybrid cloud environments.Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise system issues and drive resolution.Strong communication and collaboration skills in mission-focused IT environments.U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.Education & CertificationsRequired (Foundational - one of the following):Bachelor's degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited),OR Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC.Required (CE - one of the following):Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate,OR Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.Why Join Us?At 3500 Square LLC, you'll join a mission-driven team sustaining and modernizing IT services across the Military Health System.
